Terms of use: I Need A Poo

These terms are between you and Luminko, the trading name of Kenwin Lam (“we”, “us”). By using I Need A Poo (“the app”) you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The app
The app helps you find toilets and see and share ratings of them. It's free to use and may show ads. We may change, pause or stop any part of it.
2. Important: please read
- A listing isn't permission. Being on the map doesn't mean you're allowed to use a toilet. Follow the owner's rules; many are for customers only.
- Information comes from other people and from OpenStreetMap. It may be wrong or out of date. We can't promise a toilet exists, is open, clean, safe, free or accessible.
- Look after yourself. Stay aware of your surroundings, especially in quiet or isolated places. Never use the app while driving.
3. Your account
You need a Google account to rate or add toilets, and you must be 13 or over. Keep your account to yourself; you're responsible for what's posted from it. You can delete it at any time (how).
4. Rules for what you post
- Only add and rate toilets that the public or customers can use. Never someone's home.
- Rate honestly, from your own visit.
- No abuse, hate, threats, spam or adverts. No personal details about anyone, and nothing about other people using the toilet.
- Don't post anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to post.
- Display names must not be offensive or pretend to be someone else.
We may check, edit out, hide or remove anything posted, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Ratings made away from the toilet are checked before they appear. You can report a review or toilet from the app; reported content may be hidden while we look at it.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host, show, copy, adapt (for example, to calculate average scores) and share it in the app and in promoting the app. This licence continues for toilets you've added after you delete your account, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Map data
Toilet locations include data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. Maps are provided by Google.
7. Our responsibility to you
The app is provided free and “as is”. We're not responsible for the state of any toilet, for what other users post, or for losses that weren't foreseeable or that arise from your use of a toilet or a place listed in the app.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app. Carrying on using the app means you accept the new terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
